GREASE LUBRIAVSED PIN AND BUSHING GROUPS FOR 330 - 315 HYDRAULIC EXCAVATORS

Grease Lubricated Pin and Bushing Groups are now available in the parts department for 330, 325, 320S, 322, 321, 320, 319, 318, 317, and 315 Hydraulic Excavators.  Each group contains pins, bushings, and track seals to service one link assembly.  Typically the quantities of each component in the pin and bushing groups are based on the longest link assembly for the different models based on pitch size.  The groups are provided at a value price that is less than having to buy the individual components.  This will allow you to replace the pin and bushings after turn, if needed to obtain total link life wear out, providing lower cost per hour to operate the machine.

*Contains master track pin for press fit link assemblies.  Pin and Bushing Group can be used with slip fit link assemblies, but must order slip fit master pin separately.

Custom Track Service (CTS)

When performing Custom Track Service (CTS), refer to wear charts found in the CTS Handbook 15^th Edition (Media Number PEK9400-03).

Servicing

When performing service on grease lubricated track link assemblies (turning pin and bushing, replacing components), refer to Undercarriage Reconditioning Bulletin Media No. SEBF8598, dated February 2001.

Grease lubricated link (GLT) assemblies offer a significant wear life and cost/hour advantage over comparable sealed link assemblies.
